Weddings: the pre-celebrations can cost
a lot
One of the most common wedding
traditions is the pre-wedding celebrations
of the bachelor and bachelorette parties.
These parties can end up costing a lot of
money and addp to the burden of the
overall wedding celebration. One way to
keep costs to a minimum is to ensure that
every person attending these parties is
willing to pay for their own food and
drinks. It is an acceptable and known
tradition that everyone attending a
pre-wedding party is going to pay for
their food and alcoholic beverages.

When planning a shower party for a
future bride, the main goal is to plan a
fun and simple celebration where the bride
will receive gifts and will not end-up
with any added financial burden.
A shower or bachelorette party is aimed
at getting together all the bride's
friends and just enjoying one last "girls
night out" before the wedding. It is
accepted and known that everyone is
expected to pay for their own
expenses.
In the past such parties as combining
the bachelor and bachelorette parties
together have been tried but with little
or no success. These common parties
usually end-up with the men on one side of
the room and the women on the other and
most people withholding from having
genuine fun.
Pre-wedding parties are often held in a
restaurant thus limiting the burden to
all.
They often are planned as surprise
celebrations and are mostly improvised and
"go with the flow" kind of parties.
Pre-wedding parties are good fun and a
great way to celebrate the togetherness
and love that bonds the future bride and
groom with their respective friends.
In the end, what really matters, is
that a man and a woman get united through
genuine love by the sacred bonding of
marriage and that they are surrounded by
their loved ones.
